Ebola Crisis Hits Shipping Services

The Ebola crisis in West Africa is hitting both air freight and sea freight services to the region, as airlines and shipping lines cancel services. Due to fears of the disease spreading, staff at some docks in West Africa are refusing to unload vessels that have stopped at ports in Guinea, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Liberia.

Some airlines have cancelled services to the region causing backlogs of over a month with the airlines that are still flying.
